CycleOp's and Indoor Training

Anyone have any experience or thoughts on how to try and equate the effectiveness of indoor training sessions on a CycleOps trainer with actual road riding?

Simple TRIMP values close?  Short of investing in a PowerTap hub any other thoughts?

Dave,

Bill at the Bike Hub has lots of experience with cycle ops and indoor training.  he actually runs compu trainer rides in the winter months.  You might give him a shout!

Anyone else interested in these rides/events?  Maybe we could have a Team AMP night or something.  Would be good to meet some other AMP'ers in person.  Scheudle of times is avaliable on Bike Hub website.  Thanks for the head's up Chad

Anyone got any good movies to recommed while a riding trainer?  80 miles indoors this week... 55 outside.  Not exactly the mix I would like... but better than sitting on the couch eating Halloween candy.
